Dinner Flo... Chicken Livers and Gravy with Spinach!
I had a craving for liver, so I said "hhmmmm, think I'll try to make it" I've never made liver before...ever. I washed them and seasoned them with salt and pepper, then threw them in a bag of flour. I fried them with peppers and onions until they were brown. Took them out and added water to the frying pan to make the gravy. After the gravy was done, I added back in the fried liver. After cooking together for like 5 minutes, it was ready to eat. This was an easy dinner. Total prep and cook time was like 15 minutes.
