Dessert! Very Berry Summer Pie

One of my favorite things about summertime is being able to buy fresh veggies and fruit. That was the inspiration behind my Very Berry Summer Pie. I used fruits I had for my breakfast yogurt parfaits (raspberries/blueberries/blackberries/strawberries). I combined them with a little sugar (or honey) and cornstarch and I was ready to go. I already had a pie crust left over from awhile ago so I just had to make the top for it. Depending on your time limitation you can do either or combine like I did. Another idea is to not use a cover and fill the top with whipped cream and do an open face pie.
