Competition Food: Tilapia and Spinach

So since I have to have 3 servings of 4 oz. of protein and 4 servings of 1 cup of veggies a day... I have to get creative with how I season my Tilapia and Chicken breast... Below I sautéed Tilapia which was seasoned with cayenne pepper and Mrs. Dash seasoning. I added red peppers and mushrooms then placed it all on a bed of spinach. The dressing was a homemade mixture of vinegar, spicy mustard and olive oil, so yummy!
