I love Italian food so much! This dish was inspired by my crave for some creamy noodles. I sautéed thin chicken breast strips, tomatoes, mushroom and fresh baby spinach. While I was doing the sautéing, the noodles were set to boil. I then added the Alfredo sauce once the chicken, spinach, mushroom and tomato mix were nicely cooked. I mixed the Alfredo in and let it simmer for a few minutes, then dumped my cold rinsed spaghetti noodles into the Alfredo mix. I then let it all sauté together for a few more minutes, mixing throughout. Then voila! I plated it and poured a nice glass of white wine.
